Intro:
GoNoodle is a fun and engaging online platform that gets students moving through short videos, songs, and interactive activities. It combines physical movement with social-emotional learning, helping students release energy and refocus their minds.
Ease of Use:
GoNoodle is very easy to use and accessible across multiple devices such as computers, tablets, and smartboards. The videos are short, clear, and easy to follow, which makes it perfect for quick “brain breaks” between lessons.
Versatility:
GoNoodle’s versatility allows it to be used for multiple classroom purposes. It can serve as a quick energizer, a movement break, or even part of a health or P.E. lesson. Many teachers also use it to help with classroom transitions or to reinforce classroom concepts through music and movement.
Use in Classroom:
In the classroom, GoNoodle provides “brain breaks” that help students manage their energy and emotions. It can be used after long lessons to help students refocus or at the beginning of the day to set a positive tone. GoNoodle also supports routines and builds classroom community as students enjoy the activities together.
Connection:
GoNoodle connects to TLC: T3 – Instructing. It helps teachers create a balanced classroom environment by integrating movement and fun into daily routines. GoNoodle supports students’ physical and emotional needs, reminding educators that learning doesn’t just happen at a desk or table it happens through play, connection, and movement too.

ReplyDeleteHello Isabel! I loved how informational, well structured, and colorful your post was. I have only had the opportunity to work with GoNoodle once before, for a previous class. I had completely forgotten about this resource, thank you for reminding me that it exists! I agree that this tool connects to TLC 3.
